Royalkingdom is a full-service entertainment agency. We source, negotiate and produce live entertainment for festivals, brands, venues and private clients — from a single headliner to a full stage build, handled end to end.
How we help
Every one of these can be bought on its own. Most people start with the first and end up with three.
The name you want, at a fee that reflects the market, on terms that survive a change of date. We tell you what is realistic in the first call.
Artists we represent get one team for routing, press, brand work and the admin — not four people who each think someone else is handling it.
Somebody has to own the truck call, the power plan and the changeover. Here it is one named production manager, on site, all day.
Multi-camera capture, stills and social cutdowns agreed in the artist contract, so the footage is cleared before anyone points a lens.
Buses, freight, flights, hotels and the paperwork that lets people cross a border with instruments. Booked as one plan, not six.
Discreet bookings for private clients: named artists, small rooms, tight security, and a contract that never mentions who you are.
The roster
Exclusive representation plus a vetted network we book from every week. Filter by category, or tell us the room and we will shortlist it for you.
Festival-main-stage names through to tastemaker openers. Full technical rider handled.
Touring acts, showcase sets and function bands with a repertoire you actually choose.
Scored ensembles, film-in-concert and licensed tribute productions with staging included.
Short-form spectacle for the gaps between the main moments, rigged to your venue.
Award nights, launches and galas, in English plus a working second language.
Names an audience recognises, briefed properly so the talk lands on your theme.
Work
References available for all three, including the finance people.
Corporate · conference
A closing act that a business audience actually stayed for, plus a host who kept an over-running agenda inside its slot without anyone noticing.
Festival · programming
Given a stage and a budget with no line-up. Built the whole curve, from opener to closer, and came in under budget with a discovery slot that sold out the tent.
Private · destination
Three days of programming on an island with one ferry: string quartet, a band, a DJ, and every piece of backline on the right boat at the right hour.
Process
The same four steps whether it is one DJ or a three-day festival.
Date, room, capacity, audience and the number you can actually spend. Fifteen minutes on a call saves three weeks of quoting the wrong acts.
Three to five names with real fees and real availability, and a hold on the ones you like so nobody else takes the date while you decide.
Deal memo, rider, insurance and the advance schedule. Everything the artist needs is agreed in writing weeks before anyone loads in.
Our production manager is on site from truck call to strike, and the settlement lands in your inbox the same week.
Our side of it
The people behind Royalkingdom have promoted, toured and produced. Between them, more than 2,188 shows and enough cancelled headliners to have a plan for it rather than a panic.
We work from Amsterdam and travel to the shows. An agency that never leaves the office learns nothing about the rooms it is selling.

FAQ
Still unsure? Email [email protected] — we answer every enquiry, including the ones we cannot take.
Availability and an indicative fee normally come back within 24 hours on working days. If an artist's management is slow, we will tell you that rather than leave you waiting.
Both models exist in this industry. We tell you which one applies to your booking in the first written offer, so the fee you see is the fee you pay.
There is no fixed floor, but below roughly €3,000 the economics rarely work for a full-service booking. We will say so early rather than waste your time.
Yes. Plenty of clients arrive with a name and want the contracting, advance and production handled. We are happy to be the middle of the job rather than all of it.
Every contract we write carries a cancellation and replacement clause. In practice we start looking for a replacement the hour we hear, and we have never had to open a refund window.
Most of our work is outside it. We hold the visas, carnets and freight relationships to run dates internationally, and we travel to the shows we book.
Enquiries
City, date, capacity and a budget range are enough to get real names and real fees back.
A person reads every message. If we are not the right agency for your night, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
